My project consists of recording someone live through a webcam while keying their background out and interlacing that recording with pre-recorded videos. Then I would like to display the last 4 ‘interlaced’ videos. All of which should be fairly automatic. So anyone have any idea.
The program would definitely need to be able to do realtime keying.

I was at a show one time and the "VJ" was using a program called Grid...don't know much more about it though off top of my head. Again, I know people have done live keying with Max/MSP...or even for local television that's how the weather man gets the maps behind him!
I don't know about max cause Carrie told me it might be too hard too learn quick enough. But also I don't know if Max can do the rest of the things I need to get done. Like putting the last 4 videos recorded (& put together with the new background), together on a screen.
